Information we collect
We collect information that you choose to provide through forms, including your name, email address, optional phone number, preferences, questions, feedback and details relevant to a requested service. Do not submit passwords, banking information, government identification numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.
Account and assessment access
Interactive assessment access uses ChatGPT sign-in supplied by the hosting platform. The site receives authenticated identity information such as email and, where supplied, name. Thinkific manages course accounts separately. A downloaded assessment summary is stored only where you choose to save it on your own device. The assessment uses fixed educational rules, not an AI service, to select its result. Assessment answers are held in the current page and are not saved to an account or submitted unless you independently provide information in an inquiry form. Account access is separate from consent to marketing and from any brokerage relationship.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your request, provide or recommend relevant education or professional services, arrange a property search, consider an agent introduction, improve the website and maintain appropriate business records.
Real estate inquiries and introductions
When you request a property search or agent match, relevant information may be shared with an appropriately licensed real estate professional or brokerage only as needed to explore or provide the requested service. You can decide whether to proceed with any introduction or representation agreement.
Consent and communication
Submitting a form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Where you consent to contact, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Transactional replies and information specifically requested by you may still be sent as permitted by law.
Storage, access and safeguards
Website submissions are stored for private review. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Access is limited to people who need the information for the stated purpose.
Service providers and external websites
The website may rely on hosting, communication, education, analytics and business service providers. Links to external websites, including REALTOR.ca, are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained only as long as reasonably required for the purpose collected, legal obligations and legitimate business records. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
